Panko and Jamm invite you to…
Cerian & Bond’s Wedding
19th, 20th and 21st June 2026
Bere Regis, Dorset
Here are a few reminders and top tips for the weekend of 19 – 21 June:
THINGS TO REMEMBER TO PACK
Sleeping bag or duvet or blankets and pillow.
All the beds are singles so couples, bear this in mind!Bathers and towel for the hot tubs and sauna
Clothes for all weather
As we have used suntan lotion and an umbrella in the last week, its safe to say the weather for the weekend could be anything. Please pack accordingly. Please ensure you are comfortable come rain or shine and on uneven ground – the ceremony will be mostly standing so sensible footwear is advised (let us know if this may be difficult for you as limited seating is available). Outfit changes throughout the day encouraged!Few electronics!
The site is off grid and powered by generators so please limit your plug in-ables where possible.Wrapped raffle prize!
Something fun or unusual or edible or impressive or booze! Does not have to be expensive (handmade encouraged!). Think about what you would like to win!
Raffle draw will happen Saturday afternoon and you have to be in it to win a prize…Snacks and drinks
There will be food and drink provided during the weekend, covering dietary requirements (cash bar for cold beers etc on Fri and Sat) but please feel free to bring stuff with you, like breakfast stuff. There are small fridges and hot water urns in cabins for your use.
LOCATION
If driving to site, use w3w SCATTERS.BONFIRES.MAKEUP which takes you to a junction on the main road.
Follow the long track further than you expect (look for our signs or those for Max Events)
The track is quite uneven (apologies to anyone precious about their suspension…) so take your time!
Once you arrive on site, look for Auntie Carol in the high vis jacket for info on your cabin allocation.
Feel free to text if you need a dropped pin!
CABIN ALLOCATION
We have fewer people staying on site than expected (boo!) so we will endeavour to give everyone as plenty of space.
If you’re nervous about fancy camping or don’t know many others coming, we will make sure you are in a smaller tent with as much privacy as possible.
ACTIVITIES
We will make a list of anyone who has already shown interest in axe throwing or archery but there will be a chance to change your mind on the day (space permitting!)
PAYMENT
If you are yet to pay for your cabin space, please send that over to 16-58-10 21712182 - £110 per person. Thanks!
Locations
The wedding ceremony will be at a secret location in the area TBC!
More info at a later date…
The rest of the weekend will be at Max Events, near Affpuddle and Shitterton, Dorset, DT2 7FW.
What3Words - backers.forgiving.jazz
Directions - The venue is down a track off the B3390, just south of the village of Affpuddle.
The what3words reference is for the turning onto the track, once you're on the track, keep going!
There will be a signpost when you have reached your destination. Please be aware, the track is uneven in places so take it slowly.
Public transport - The nearest train station is Moreton. A lift from the station can be arranged if you can let us know in advance when you are arriving.
If you are seeking or willing to offer a ride-share please let us know where you will be coming from and how many people you can accommodate.
Accommodation
We'd love for you to stay on site with us for the weekend. The venue has a number of safari style communal tents - much nicer than regular camping, think cabin rather than tent! Where possible, you will be allocated a space in a tent with people you already know.
Each tent has bunk bed rooms, a kitchen area including a fridge, sink, kettle and glassware/crockery and seating areas with mirrors. There are toilet and shower blocks for each pitch as well as hot tubs, BBQs and fire pits.
Flat sheets are provided but please bring pillows and blankets/duvets/sleeping bags. We also recommend bringing torches and your towels and bathers if you fancy a dip in hot tub!
Cost for a bed for the weekend is £110 per person. Payment to be made by 1st May please.
